In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean RAJENDER TRADER. “You” and “your” mean the person using the site or buying from it. “Site” means rajendermart.com and every page on it. These terms apply together with our Privacy Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, Shipping and Delivery Policy and Grievance Redressal procedure, each of which forms part of the agreement between us.

Acceptance of these terms
By browsing the Site, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms as they stand on the date of that act. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.
These terms constitute an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it. They do not require a physical or digital signature.
Eligibility to purchase
You must be at least 18 years old and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you are. A person under 18 may use the Site only under the supervision of a parent or guardian, who takes responsibility for the order.
We supply for personal use. We may decline or limit an order that appears to be placed for resale.
Products and product information
We sell in two categories and no others: Men's Clothing and Boys' Clothing.
We describe every product as accurately as we can, and the sizes available for a piece are stated in its description and offered as selectable options on the product page. Photographs are taken in natural light, but screens vary, and a slight difference in shade between the photograph and the garment is not a defect. Small variations in weave, hand-finishing and measurement are inherent to the cloth and are not grounds for a claim of misdescription.
Stock shown on the Site is indicative. If an item proves to be unavailable after you order it, we will tell you promptly and refund that item in full. We may correct errors in description, price or availability, withdraw a product, or refuse an order, at any time before we accept it.
Pricing and GST
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax. The price shown against a product is the price you pay for it. The total displayed on the checkout page, before you confirm, is the total payable, and nothing further is added afterwards.
A GST-compliant invoice accompanies every order and shows the tax component separately.
Where a product shows a struck-through figure alongside its price, that figure is the maximum retail price or the price previously charged by us, and the difference is a genuine reduction. We do not inflate a reference price to manufacture the appearance of a discount.
A price is only binding once we accept your order. If a product is listed at a manifestly incorrect price because of a technical or clerical error, we may decline the order and refund you in full rather than supply at that price.
Orders and when a contract is formed
Placing an order is an offer by you to buy. It is not an acceptance by us. A contract comes into existence only when we send you an order-confirmation email. Until then we may decline the order for any reasonable ground, including unavailability of stock, an error in the listing, a failed payment or a suspicion of fraud, and any amount already paid will be refunded in full.
Each order is given an order number. Quote it in any correspondence, and use it to follow the order on the order tracking page.
Payment
We accept two methods of payment:
- UPI — processed end to end through our payment gateway partner. We never receive your UPI PIN, one-time password or banking credentials; we retain only the transaction reference needed to reconcile the order and to process any refund.
- Cash on Delivery — payable in full to the courier at the time of delivery. There is no additional charge for choosing this method. We may withhold Cash on Delivery for a particular address or order value at our discretion, and we may decline it where earlier Cash on Delivery parcels to the same address have been refused.
Where a payment is debited but no order confirmation is generated, the transaction has failed and the amount is reversed by the bank in the ordinary course, generally within three to five working days. Send us the transaction reference and we will follow it up with the gateway.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping is free on every order to every serviceable PIN code in India. We do not ship outside India. Orders are dispatched within one working day of confirmation, and delivery typically takes 5-9 business days from dispatch.
Delivery timelines are estimates given in good faith and are not conditions of the contract. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. The full terms, including what happens to a failed or refused delivery, are in the Shipping and Delivery Policy.
Cancellation, returns and refunds
You may cancel an order at no cost at any time before it is dispatched. After delivery, an unworn and tagged piece may be returned within 7 days, and we bear the cost of the return shipping. The conditions, the exclusions and the refund timelines are set out in full in the Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Nothing in these terms limits the rights available to you as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Your account
You may buy as a guest or create an account. If you create one, keep the password confidential and tell us at once if you believe it has been compromised. You are responsible for activity carried out under your account until you notify us.
Give us accurate details and keep them current. A delivery that fails because the address or telephone number you gave was wrong is dealt with under the Shipping and Delivery Policy. We may suspend or close an account that is used in breach of these terms.
Prohibited use
You may not use the Site, or allow anyone else to use it, in order to:
- Do anything unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive, or place an order in another person's name without their authority.
- Use a payment instrument you are not entitled to use, or attempt to reverse a legitimate payment without cause.
- Gain or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, any account, server or database, or probe, scan or test its security.
- Introduce a virus, worm, trojan, or any other malicious or technologically harmful material.
- Use a robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access, copy or index the Site or to extract product, price or customer data, without our written permission.
- Interfere with the Site's operation, including by placing an unreasonable load on it or by attempting to circumvent a rate limit or security measure.
- Copy, reproduce, republish or resell any part of the Site or its content except as these terms allow.
- Post or send anything that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, invasive of another's privacy, or infringing of another's intellectual property.
- Impersonate us or misrepresent your association with us.
We may suspend access, cancel orders and report the matter to the appropriate authority where we reasonably believe this section has been breached.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including photographs, text, page design, layout, graphics and the Rajender Mart name and marks — belongs to RAJENDER TRADER or to its licensors and is protected by the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999. You may view and print pages for your own, non-commercial use. Any other reproduction, distribution, adaptation or commercial exploitation requires our prior written consent.
Content you submit
If you send us a review, photograph, comment or other material, you confirm that it is your own, that it is accurate, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and display it in connection with the Site and our own marketing. We may decline to publish, or may remove, any submission at our discretion, and we are not obliged to give a reason.
Third-party links and services
The Site relies on third parties for payment processing, courier delivery, hosting and analytics, and may link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites, and a link is not an endorsement. Your dealings with a third party, including a courier's own tracking service, are subject to that party's terms.
Disclaimers
We take reasonable care to keep the Site accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that any defect will be corrected within a particular time. Access may be suspended for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control.
Except as expressly stated in these terms and as required by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and other applicable law, all warranties and conditions implied by statute or common law are excluded to the fullest extent permitted.
Limitation of liability
Our total liability to you in connection with any product, or with your use of the Site, is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or loss arising from a delay in delivery caused by a courier or by an event outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in this section limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss, liability or reasonable cost we incur as a result of your breach of these terms, your infringement of a third party's rights, or your violation of any applicable law.
Force majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations caused by an event beyond our reasonable control, including an act of God, flood, fire, epidemic or pandemic, war, civil unrest, strike or industrial action, failure of a telecommunications or internet network, courier disruption, or an act or restriction of a government or public authority. If such an event continues for more than 30 days, either of us may cancel the affected order and we will refund you in full.
Complaints and grievance redressal

Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms. The amended version takes effect from the date it is published on this page and applies to orders placed after that date. The terms that govern an order are those in force when the order was accepted. Continued use of the Site after publication is acceptance of the amended terms.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India. This does not affect any right you have to bring a complaint before a consumer forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force.
